Darcy Schostakowski

Darcy is an eager and hard-working Sales Agent, who is looking to further entrench himself in an industry that he is both passionate about and is in his pedigree.

Hailing from Brisbane’s Northside, Darcy has spent most of his life in and around his late Grandfather, Norm ‘Whopper’ Stephens’ racing stable at Deagon. It is this background in the thoroughbred racing industry that provides Darcy with extensive knowledge of the niche market he specialises in, ultimately separating himself from his competitors.

He is building his network of clients and knowledge by being an ardent supporter and participant of the thoroughbred industry, both through his personal contacts and as his supporting role as Bid Spotter at the Magic Millions sales throughout the year.  Darcy’s vibrant personality allows him to build fundamental relationships with all his clients resulting in the best possible outcome for his Sellers.

When he’s not at the races or the Magic Millions sales, you’ll find Darcy on the rugby field. Darcy played several years as a second rower for Nudgee Colleges First XV, winning two premierships. Following his high school years, Darcy went on to represent the U19 Australian Barbarians side.

Currently engaged in a Bachelor of Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology, Darcy is combining his broad skill set in commercial property with his background in the racing industry, to deliver exceptional results for clients of Donovan + Co.
